4 Week Summer Shred! 

Are you a female who finds long programmes just a bit too much and want to challenge yourself in just 4 weeks?

Well this is the programme for you!  

This programme has been put together to help you get a feel for Victory Fitness and make a strong 

kickstart to your fitness journey.

Firstly WHY Victory Fitness?
Well Victory Fitness is a private over 25s ladies fitness studio. 

We understand that stepping into a gym can be intimidating, so this studio has been put together to help 

you feel calm and at ease whilst making good friendships along the way. 

We are building a community of stronger, happier, healthier and more body confident women.

We have helped changed over 100s of ladies lives so far and you could be the next!

A PLAN SET FOR YOU! 

In this 4 week plan you will be asked to hit some targets to help you get the best results and a great kick start in just 4 weeks! 

​

Vicki, a qualified coach will set you your calories and protein intake which will be designed for you and your goals across the 4 weeks. 

You will be asked to complete the following tasks on this 4 weeks programme:

Attend a minimum of 4 classes per week. 

Follow your calorie intake 

Follow your protein intake 

Drink 3litres water per day 

Achieve daily step goal which will be increasing week to week. 

Take a before and after picture. 

Fill in a quick check in each week to ensure you stay accountable and for Vicki to reach out and give any extra steps.

This is a short yet intense programme that will be designed and adapted for ALL levels!

You will learn the tools to help you not just over the 4 weeks but even after!
