Our 8 Week Transformation Programmes are designed to help those with a goal. Whether you are starting from scratch, exercised before or just feel a bit stuck, what ever fitness level you are at we can help you! 

In the 8 Weeks you get an initial consultation to help set your goals and to get a clear picture of what exactly you want to achieve and work towards. 

You also get: 

Weekly check ins/ progress tracker 

x2 group PT sessions a week (Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm) 

x2 Class passes per week. (16 sessions in total)

Nutrition Support and Recipe E-Book 

Whatsapp Support 

FREE T-Shirt.

You will have a PT on hand to help and guide you every step of the way throughout the 8 weeks along side the other members of the group so you will never feel like your doing this alone! 

All we ask is that you complete weekly check ins and attend your Group PT Sessions every week throughout the whole 8 weeks. 

Spaces are limited so we only take on those who are determined to hit them goals.
