Well that's where personal training can help!
We can understand that 1-2-1 Personal Training can come at a cost, so we have developed a programme that will give you all the benefits of a PT but at a fraction of the cost!
Together you will work on your own personal goals through a range of fitness techniques, guided nutrition plans, 1-2-1 support, weekly check ins. You will get 2 Group PT sessions every week which will be held on Monday 7:30pm & Wednesday at 7:35pm for 45 - 60 minutes.
As this is GROUP Personal Training you will be sharing your session with others.
We still want to give you the support and guidance within the sessions so there is a max of 4 participant for this plan!
With this plan you also get 1 Class pass to use on any of our classes each week!

8sessions Per Month (2 per week at £20 per session)
Nutrition, Weekly Check ins, Access to Free Training Zones, Whatsapp Support
This programme will be for a minimum of 8 Weeks and then you can opt for rolling monthly payments OR SAVE even more money and set up a 12 month agreement.
