This programme has been put together to help you get a feel for Victory Fitness and make a strong 

kickstart to your fitness journey.

Firstly WHY Victory Fitness?
Well Victory Fitness is a private over 25s ladies fitness studio. 

We understand that stepping into a gym can be intimidating, so this studio has been put together to help 

you feel calm and at ease whilst making good friendships along the way. 

We are building a community of stronger, happier, healthier and more body confident women.

I am the owner of Victory Fitness and I care if you achieve the results you want. Whether its adding muscle, building strength, dropping a dress size or just overall fitness and improving your mental health. 
Fitness is a huge passion of mine and when I meet you at your consultation I will do my best to put a plan together for you to help you get some strong results over the next 6 weeks.

In this Programme you will get:

UNLIMITED 
CLASSES

Over the next 6 weeks you will get access to all our classes on the timetable and as many as you want.
Our classes range from strength to cardio and stretching so you know you're getting your full body workout in.  

Nutrition

You will get access to a generic meal plan and tips on how to create a balanced diet whilst including the foods you love and working towards your goals. 

ONLINE PORTAL

There will be an online portal guiding you every step of the way with extra challenges. 
The challenges are to help you improve your life in all ways, such as: Sleep, drinking water, better health choices, being more active whilst at home etc. 

30min consultation

Within the 30minutes you will be putting a plan together with the coach and having a quick session going through the basic exercises to ensure you are carrying them out correctly.
