Our Story

I created Victory Fitness to bring a community of women together to gain confidence, reach both fitness and body related goals and enjoy their lives whilst doing so. I show ladies of all ages that exercise doesn’t need to be boring, that we can have good nutrition without too many restrictions and help develop a more positive mindset.

I truly believe that all women should feel strong, healthy and more confident within themselves.

I take pride and pleasure in my work and I love seeing ladies develop friendships, reach fitness and body goals and gain more confidence at Victory Fitness.

The studio is a calm, friendly and welcoming environment. There is no scary free weights area, no intimidation, just a group of friendly supportive women!

Victory Fitness offers Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training and Transformation Programmes for ladies of all fitness levels. The sessions run from 30-45minutes, giving you enough time to work to your best of abilities and still have time for family, friends, work and life.
