Bootcamp Programme T&Cs & Agreement. 

If you are thinking about joining us on our next 8 week bootcamp, or maybe signed up PLEASE make sure you read the Terms & Conditions and the Agreement below. 

Continuing with the purchase of the programme you agreeing and understanding the Terms, Conditions and Agreement. 

Bootcamp Agreement

Congratulations on your decision to participate in the Victory Fitness 8 Week Bootcamp exercise programme! 

With the help of your coach, you will greatly improve your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer and with maximum benefits. 
The details these training sessions can be used for a lifetime. In order to maximise progress, it will be necessary for you to follow a programme guidelines during and (if applicable) unsupervised training days. 

Remember, exercise and healthy eating are EQUALLY important! 

During your exercise programme, every effort will be made to assure your safety. 

However, as with any exercise programme, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In volunteering for this programme you agree to assume the responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise programme. By signing up to the programme you accept full responsibility for your own health & well-being AND you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by the leaders of the programme. It is recommended that all programme participants work with their coach a minimum of 2 times per week within the bootcamp sessions. However, due to scheduling conflicts and financial considerations, a combination of supervised and unsupervised workouts is possible. 

Bootcamp Programme Terms & Conditions 

1. Bootcamp Sessions will be held on for 45minutes 2 times per week. The days/times are depending on the programme you select: 
SCULPT - Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm 

BODY UP - Wednesday 7:45pm & Saturday 8:45am 

Not attending your session will result in losing the session, it will not be added on at a later date. 

2. Clients must arrive on time for each session. 

3. Anyone entering their session 10minutes late will be refused entry to the session. Arriving on time for your session will allow you to be included within your warm up to prevent injury. 

4. The Bootcamp programme will run for a total of 8 Weeks with a specific start date. Any unused sessions or class passes can not be carried over after this period. 

5. No Bootcamp programme refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, holidays, illness or unused sessions. 

6. When entering the 8 week programme, clients must pay the full amount upfront. 

7. Any payments fail to go through the client can not participate within the sessions until payment is made.
