VICTORY FITNESS GAMES

A day where ladies like you can come together, test their strength, fitness and be supported by other strong like minded ladies. 

The day will include friendly competitions to help bring the best out of you. 

Depending on numbers you could be doing this solo or in a group (this will be confirmed closer to the time). 

You will be tested on your strength, endurance and cardio. Don't worry we will release the workouts 4 weeks before AND design VF classes around them. 

If your not a VF member you will get access to 4 classes that will be put on to specifically for the games. 

With this ticket you will get access to the day and all the workouts and cool down class, a certificate and a limited edition VF Games Tshrit. 

Bookings for this will be closed on Sunday 1st September so all participants MUST be booked on by then and include their tshirt size. 

We won't be taking any late bookings for this event. This is so we can arrange the day and get as much information out to you as possible.
