We now offer Online Personal Training!! 

Whether you are training at home or in a gym and need some guidance we have you covered. 

Group Personal Training 

We now offer Ladies only Group Personal Training. 

This is perfect way to get the most out of having a personal trainer but at a reduced rate. 
You get x2 group Personal Training sessions a week that will be held on Monday at 7:30pm and Wednesday 7:35pm. 

1 Class of your choice each week. 

Weekly check ins, goal setting and accountability and more. 

 

(group session will be limited to 4 ladies.)
