Hi I’m Vicki and I am the proud owner of Victory Fitness.

I believe that all women should have the power to feel strong, happy and confident within their own bodies.

I created Victory Fitness to bring a community of women together to gain confidence, reach both fitness and body related goals and enjoy their lives whilst doing so. I show ladies of all ages that exercise doesn’t need to be boring, that we can have good nutrition without too many restrictions and help develop a more positive mindset.

I take pride and pleasure in my work and I love seeing ladies develop friendships, reach fitness and body goals and gain more confidence at Victory Fitness.

The studio is a calm, friendly and welcoming environment. There is no scary free weights area, no intimidation, just a group of friendly supportive women!

Victory Fitness offers Group Exercise Classes, Personal Training and Transformation Programmes for ladies of all fitness levels. The sessions run from 30-45minutes, giving you enough time to work to your best of abilities and still have time for family, friends, work and life.

Hi, I'm Vicki and I am the owner of Victory Fitness. 

You will see me a lot at the Studio as I teach classes, do personal training and run the business.

I have been into sports and fitness since a very young age.

I started my fitness career with mobile personal training about 7+yersa ago. I began working in a gym as a sales rep and I then worked my way up to a duty manager where I also started to teach group exercise classes.

This is where I found my love for teaching group classes and the fun really began! 

Fitness for me is a way of life, not physically but more mentally. 

I enjoy making the workouts fun, intense and rewarding!

My name is Julia and I became a qualified instructor when I was in the army around 28years ago. 

I have taught a range of classes over the years including spin, circuits, pump, Pilates and more.

I took some time off from teaching to focus on my own training and completing a 6 day cycle around Cambodia. 

About 7 years ago I had a hip replacement, but I didn't let this stop me. I continued to train until about 2 years go where I joined the Victory Fitness Team.
