BY JOINING OUR 8 WEEK PROGRAMME, YOU'LL GET ACCESS TO:
  • X1 GROUP PT SESSIONS PER WEEK: Designed specifically to shift the stomach & drop inches without sending hours working out and eating boring foods. We will be focusing on strength and form within these sessions.  

  • X3 BODYWORK SESSIONS PER WEEK: You will get to jump on an extra 3 Bodywork classes per week. There is a variety of days/times for these sessions and they will be working on specific areas. The sessions are coach led so you will be getting the guidance and support from the instructor throughout these sessions. 

  • DEDICATED COACH: To give you increased confidence, motivation & accountability. Having fortnightly check ins to help you stay on track and make changes where its needed to help you reach your FULL potential within 8 weeks. 

  • NUTRITION SUPPORT: Teaching you the basics and allowing you to still enjoy that glass of wine or beer on the weekend.
